In this full-length breathwork and meditation class, Laurent is exploring seasonable techniques to gently remove ourselves from winter’s sleepiness and heaviness to sway into the new and refreshing season of Spring.
The practice is caring and considerate but revitalising and cleansing. The process is slow and tender. We don’t want to brusque our balance and allow the union between our complementary opposites to find balance in our lives.
