Relaxation is not a luxury, it’s an essential. In this masterclass series running on Thursday evenings, breathworker Laurent will initiate you into the art of relaxation. Through the traditional tantric methods of yoga nidra and pranayama you will learn how to wind down into a relaxed state of being and nurture calm thoughts at will with simple and clear techniques. The two sessions can be enjoyed independently though we recommend booking both to enjoy the sequential layering of techniques and practices.
Over the course of the two masterclasses, Laurent will introduce you to more contemporary and hybrid techniques coming from the ‘relaxationism’ movement which emerged during the industrialisation of our civilisation, in the first quarter of the twentieth century. You will learn practical exercises for the body and mind to banish anxiety and stress or to simply enjoy precious moments of rest, peace and quiet.
Your booking includes the MP3 recording of the practices for you to keep so that you can continue to enjoy the effects of these powerful tools anytime, anywhere. This workshop is for all levels and there is no need to have yoga experience.
