You’re not alone. Many of us face insomnia and the challenge of a restful night.

Sleep issues have become widespread in our fast-paced lives, affecting our ability to fall asleep naturally and happily. Quality sleep is crucial for overall well-being.

While a quick fix for instant sleep isn’t a reality, there’s hope. You hold the key!

Mindful eating and drinking, managing device use, exercising, regulating your nervous system and handling your workload wisely are steps you can take, and they should be part of your regular self-practice!

In this two-week course, Laurent will share simple, proven techniques and tips for enhancing sleep and combating insomnia. These uncomplicated strategies can be repeated daily and weekly to help you reorganise and reset good and healthy habits, improving your well-being.

Some of the methods in this course are designed to be practised during your day to support your daily wellbeing and prepare you for nighttime. Others are created to be used before bed or when disturbed during the night.

Discover easy-to-remember somatic moves, yoga techniques, breathing, and mindfulness exercises for bedtime tranquillity.

Course and Session Highlights:

  • Somatic Movements: Learn to release tension, enhance body awareness, and improve mindfulness to relieve anxiety and stress.
  • Gentle and Restorative Yoga: Practise restorative poses to calm your mind, relax and prepare your body for a good night’s sleep.
  • Breathwork and Pranayama: Discover breathing techniques that promote relaxation and improve sleep quality. Some of these simple methods will be part of your toolkit and always be with you when needed.
  • Meditation: Experience uncomplicated and non-invasive guided meditations to quiet your mind and prepare for restful sleep.
  • Deep Relaxation: Indulge in Yoga Nidra and other relaxation techniques for a deep, restorative rest designed for sleep.

At the end of each session, you will receive:

  1. The full recording of the 90-minute session (available for an extra 30 days)
  2. Downloadable short audios for you to use anytime (lifetime use)

Each 90-minute class is crafted to teach you simple, practical strategies and tips for a good night’s sleep. Laurent will email everyone before each session to allow each participant to prepare their space for the upcoming practice.
