Once a month, let’s pause midweek to find a peaceful and quiet moment with ourselves.

I’ve discovered a way to enhance relaxation by blending restorative yoga with Yoga Nidra: each month, we will combine these two calming practices on a Wednesday evening.

In the first part of the session, we will experience simple restorative poses with breathwork to ground the body and regulate the nervous system.

In the second part, we will practise Yoga Nidra to take us to a calm and peaceful place within ourselves.

If you’re new to this, restorative yoga uses props to gently support the body, helping you to relax deeply and release tension. On the other hand, Yoga Nidra guides you into a state of conscious relaxation, reducing stress and encouraging restful sleep.

This soothing blend calms the nervous system, quietens the mind, and restores inner balance. Whether you want to unwind after a busy day or have a perfect night’s sleep, this session offers an ideal midweek sanctuary.

No prior yoga experience is required—just an open heart and the desire to relax. Everyone is welcome!

Each session is recorded and available for 15 days, so you can revisit this moment of calm whenever you need it, at your own pace.
