1-day Retreat | In Person
The Space, Clapham, London, UK
To begin the year beautifully, in January 2024, we’re thrilled to announce the comeback of our winter one-day retreat in London.
To mark the launch of Laurent’s New Meditation and Breathwork Guide, “Touching the Body with the Breath,” we invite you to explore the profound connection between the breath and the physical body in a stunning new venue at The Space in Clapham, London.
It will be a day of self-exploration, relaxation, and self-care. At our one-day yoga retreat, you’ll have the chance to immerse into the themes covered in Laurent’s guide, highlighting the idea that our breath acts as a bridge between the mind, body, and sometimes even the universe. This connection allows us to cultivate a deep awareness of our physical sensations and experiences.
By consciously and gently moving while directing our breath, we can intentionally focus on different body areas and energy centres, inviting a sense of nourishment, presence, and relaxation. The result is a harmonious union between the breath and the body, fostering self-awareness, inner calm, and a renewed sense of vitality.
Throughout the day, you’ll experience somatic movements, therapeutic yoga practices, meditative breathing techniques, and deep relaxation methods that promote a harmonious union between the breath and the body, fostering self-awareness, inner calm, and a renewed sense of vitality.
Embark on a fulfilling and poetic journey within your body, with the breath as your gentle guide!
To thank you for participating in this event, you will receive a copy of Laurent’s first Meditation and Breathwork Guide: “Touching the Body with the Breath“, as a gift.
