In this workshop, Laurent Roure will guide you in discovering grounding, calmness, and serenity using Vanda Scaravelli-inspired yoga, somatic movements, breathwork and meditative practices. You will have the opportunity to experience transformation and embrace the transition from summer to autumn.
Step onto your mat to harmonise the mind, body, and breath, creating a sacred space for connection. Embrace the serene rhythm of change as you seek stability and balance through gentle, mindful poses and fluid movements. Engage in soothing breathwork and delve into deep relaxation techniques to enhance your transformative experience.
Somatic practices, Scaravelli yoga, and breathing and meditative techniques synergistically provide an intelligent and intuitive path for self-exploration during transition periods. By mindfully observing the body’s movements and sensations, these practices enhance awareness of both physical and emotional landscapes. They release tensions through gentle touch, mindful breathing, and intentional movements, fostering a sense of newfound freedom and tranquillity.
These mindful embodying practices serve as an anchoring force during transitional periods, allowing us to regroup, turn inward, and rediscover inner peace after the vibrant energy of summer fades away. By incorporating yoga tools and somatic practices, we tap into our inner strength and resilience, fully embracing and accepting the present moment with each mindful breath. This process enables us to navigate the ever-changing seasons of life gracefully.

You don’t need to be a yoga practitioner to participate in this workshop.
