During my Autumn/ Winter workshop The art of letting go: relax and restore, we explored different ways to free and restore the body and the mind from resistance and tension. It was a time of self-exploration, a time of rest and deep relaxation, a time of acceptance and complete slowing down.
Now that Spring is here, nature is waking up, life is reborn, our body needs to wake up again too. It is time to reset and to practice some much-needed self-care to rebuild our vitality and get ready for the sunny days.
During this workshop, we have an opportunity to learn how to revitalise our body and mind with very specific restorative postures subtly mixed with simple and re-energising repetitive movements. Beside the body work, breathing techniques and meditations will have a huge part in the re- awakening of our being and support our mind.
Most importantly, we will be working with rebuilding our energy levels, elevate and stabilize our mood, and create a sense of bodily comfort and ease.
The workshop is designed to leave you rested, refreshed and cleared minded.
Laurent’s practice and teaching come from Classic Hatha Yoga and Vanda Scaravelli inspired Yoga. For years, he refined his body work and anatomy understanding with renowned teachers like John Stirk and Gary Carter. His pranayama, Yoga Nidra and meditation knowledge come from the system taught by Philip Xerri in the lineage of Dr Swami Gitananda and from Bihar school of yoga.
