This 12 weeks semi-private Hatha yoga course is ideal for all levels from beginner or with less than 12 months’ yoga practice to the students who would like to refine and further their knowledge and understanding of Hatha Yoga. This is a journey of self-development and is mainly practical.
During this course, you will study and work with the classic foundations and principles of Hatha Yoga. Most importantly, you will receive a lot of one-on-one attention and hands-on adjustments, to help you with your alignment and technique and to help you to build confidence on the mat.
These small group classes provide an ideal environment to build strength and flexibility and to progress into your yoga practice but also, you will be learning to build confidence and knowledge to attend bigger group classes or to build a self-practice.
This fundamental course is the best way to develop a safe and solid practice that will enhance and support a regular yoga practice for years to come.
Each course is 12 weeks long, and there will be a maximum of 4 places per course. Please note there are unfortunately no make-up sessions for missed classes. The course must be booked online, in full to secure your spot.
