This month’s masterclass focuses on both sides of your body to foster a sense of balance. When we experience stress, injury, or trauma, our bodies often respond by tensing up more on one side—something known as the trauma reflex. Over time, this can lead to discomfort, poor posture, and a sensation of being out of alignment.

In this 90-minute session, you will be gently guided through a series of calming and restorative movements designed to help you notice and release these hidden tension patterns. We’ll use simple breathwork, mindful movement, and somatic techniques such as side-bending, spinal mobility, diagonal stretches, and pelvic and shoulder release to promote a deeper connection and ease on both sides of your body.

This session is open to everyone; no previous yoga experience is required. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to slow down, move with awareness, and reconnect with your body.
