This 90-minute somatic movement practice explores how creating space in the joints can bring a felt sense of lightness, fluidity, and ease.
Inspired by somatic yoga, the session utilises slow, mindful movements to release muscular tension, enhance joint mobility, and promote healthy movement patterns.
Although the structure of the joints remains unchanged, a deep awareness and focus on how our joints are moving helps retrain the nervous system to minimise unnecessary effort, allowing movements to feel more spacious, comfortable, and integrated.
A fluid body moves with ease and invites the mind to soften too.
