Join me for a soothing monthly Sunday evening masterclass designed to help you unwind, reset, and prepare for the week ahead.
Each session offers a gentle blend of somatic movement, breath awareness, and a full Yoga Nidra practice to guide you into a state of deep rest and inner stillness. This is a space to soften the body, calm the mind, and reconnect with yourself.
At the end of your weekend, whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, tired, or simply in need of quiet, these sessions offer a nourishing pause, an invitation to slow down and reconnect with a sense of wholeness.
You don’t need any experience. All welcome.
How to prepare for the restful session
- Choose a quiet room, close the door, and dim the lights.
- Lie on a soft surface, ideally a blanket or a covered yoga mat.
- Have pillows, bolsters, and a soft eye pillow to hand.
- Use your favourite blankets for extra warmth and a soothing sense of weight.
- Avoid eating a heavy meal before the session.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
