Ease into your weekend with practices that ground the body and mind. Through somatic awareness, calming restorative poses, and Yoga Nidra, we’ll reconnect with the support beneath us – the earth – and invite a sense of steadiness and relax by soaking in its reassuring, grounding energy. This is the first stage in your journey to relaxation, and without it, you will struggle to find peace and calm.

Autumn invites release. This evening explores softening tension, unravelling held patterns, and learning to let go—physically, emotionally, and mentally. Expect breathing techniques to invite release, soothing restorative poses, and a deep letting-go practice, such as progressive muscle relaxation.

As the outer world quietens, we’ll turn inward. This session offers a nurturing space to listen deeply, explore your inner landscape, and reconnect with the essence of who you are, beyond stress and roles.

Finding stillness and ignoring disruptions is a skill. The senses need to be quietened and relaxed, while simultaneously connecting with our unconscious inner energy, which guides us towards deep relaxation.

As the year draws to a close, we’ll gather to pause and rest.

Through slow, spacious practices, you’ll be guided into deep stillness to integrate, reflect, and nourish body and spirit before the festive season.


These masterclasses are part of a four-part autumnal series designed to guide you gently into profound rest: The Rest Series: A Somatic and Restorative Journey into Deep Relaxation.

Relaxation requires a willingness to let go and a gentle approach to learning how.
Each month, Laurent presents a guided journey that combines somatic and restorative yoga, calming breathwork, and guided deep rest practices, such as Yoga Nidra.

Autumn invites us to slow down, reflect, and restore, although it’s not always easy. These sessions provide practical tools to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and find balance.

Ideal if you’re feeling burned out, stressed, sleep-deprived, or simply seeking a more profound sense of calm.
