Yoga Nidra Masterclass: Yoga Nidra for Inner Strength and Change
Every year, when the 1st of January rolls around, many of us choose to make New Year’s resolutions in the hope of making changes.
But how long do we keep up with our hastily made promises?
One reason they fail is that we sometimes make resolutions that require an infeasible amount of hard work and willpower.
This is where a heartfelt desire, a specific intention called Sankalpa, comes into play during Yoga Nidra or self-reflective meditation techniques.

During this 90-minute masterclass, we will gently ask ourselves what we want to achieve and change, and we will try to phrase it as a Sankalpa.
We will explore inner listening through mindful meditation and self-questioning, creating a secret and sacred intention representing our goal and desire.
During the guided Yoga Nidra, we will plant this intention as a fruitful seed in our subconscious so that it can flourish naturally and organically in our lives.
