If you are curious about what mindfulness can do for you then the brand new and unique 6-week mindfulness course offered by Laurent could be perfect for you. Every week Laurent will offer a blend of body, breath and meditation practices based on his own approach to yoga that he calls ‘mindful yoga’.
Breathwork and Pranayama for a Healthy Life
This 6-week online (£65) and in-studio (£100) course is for everyone, whether you’re a seasoned yoga practitioner or a newbie on the mat. The course focuses on teaching and refining breath-work skills and learning about the yogic tradition of pranayama to enhance well-being and health.

Studying The Eight Classical Pranayama Breaths
Saturday 13:00 to 15:00.
This mini-course is the perfect opportunity to revisit or discover the most practised and used pranayama techniques in the yoga tradition. Laurent will be ready to answer any of your questions or reassure you if you have any doubts.
