Meditation for the Breath

July 26, 2020 by Laurent Roure Leave a Comment

The lungs are one whole organ expanding and contracting but to be aware of the whole and their full capacity, it is helpful to explore each section in turn before feeling all space at one.

The “Meditation for the Breath”, is a mindful exercise on our lungs. In this practice, we will explore breathing in a different part of the lungs and encourage its expansion. It is about exploring our capacity to breathe.

During this practice, you want to become an observer and a witness and avoid controlling and interfere with the breath.

This twenty minutes meditation was recorded Thursday 23rd July 2020 during our morning meditation session.
