Mental Health Awareness Week

Community & Connection | 12th - 18th May 2025

This year’s theme is community

A reminder that we’re not meant to carry everything alone. Real support begins when we slow down and reconnect — to our breath, to our bodies, and to each other.

I invite you to join me for a week of online classes and guided sessions, including breathwork, meditation, yoga, and somatic movement. Each one is practical, calming, and grounded in the intention to help you feel better. Not in theory, but in your daily life.

No performance. No pressure. Just accessible tools to meet you where you are.

We all move through moments of tension, fatigue, and overwhelm. These practices are here to help you navigate those moments with more steadiness. You’ll explore ways to regulate your nervous system, restore emotional balance, and reconnect with your inner resilience. A way to return to yourself when things feel too much.

This isn’t therapy. It’s not a quick fix. But it is a supportive and down-to-earth approach to caring for your mental wellbeing, with guidance you can return to again and again.

You’re welcome to join one session or all of them. The decision is yours. I’ll be here when you’re ready.

How this can support you:

All sessions are taught in a trauma-informed, inclusive way and are suitable for all levels.

  • Learn simple tools to calm your system and let go of tension, even on the toughest days.
  • Breathe more freely and sleep more deeply, without trying so hard.
  • Quiet the anxious mind and feel steady and anchored, no matter what’s happening around you.
  • Ease tightness in your body and soften the discomfort you’ve been carrying for too long.
  • Move with less effort, stand taller, and feel more at home in your body.
  • Shift from emotional overload to calm clarity, with practices you can return to anytime.
  • Reconnect with yourself and feel a sense of belonging, not just in your body but in the environment around you.

If you can’t attend live, don’t worry. You’ll receive the full replay. Recordings are available for one week after regular sessions and thirty days after the masterclasses, so you can take part in your own time and at your own pace.

In May, we won’t limit ourselves to a single week of events focused on mental health - we also offer:

Saturday, 31st May, from 8:30 to 10:00 am

Online Somatic Masterclass – Choosing Resilience

This 90-minute somatic masterclass series is designed to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and balance.

During this session, Laurent will guide you in the art of relieving tension in the body using techniques such as progressive muscle relaxation and positive stretching, which are very effective when experiencing chronic tension and discomfort.

You’ll discover how to shift from stress and tension into calm and clarity by supporting your nervous system’s natural ability to move from ‘fight or flight’ into ‘rest and restore’. Chronic stress can leave us feeling exhausted, anxious, and tense.

These somatic sessions will help you release habitual tension, improve your breathing and posture, and foster a deep sense of comfort and presence in your body.

This masterclass is open to everyone — no prior experience with somatic practices is needed.
