Your classes show me how to work on different parts of the body, without using weights to obtain my muscle definition at a slower pace.
They help start my very busy days, putting me in a the right space, and relaxing body at the of the end.
At the end of the week, they remind me that the body needs to unwind.To re-energise the body in total relaxation, calming the mind and enjoying the time/life ahead.
