At a young age, Yoga and Mindfulness can provide an excellent activity for children’s growing minds and bodies.
During this 45min class Yoga and Mindfulness Class for Children, the emphasis is on creativity and spontaneous play. Laurent teaches traditional Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation in a playful and interactive way using exercises, music, games, storytelling etc.
On the mat, the children will learn the foundation of how to connect with their own energy and more importantly learn how to use these simple techniques during their busy days, after school time and at home, with their friends, siblings, parents, and families.
For the last 10 years, Laurent has been teaching Yoga & Mindfulness to children in schools and colleges as part of the day to day as well as during after school clubs. He is now excited and delighted to offer his teachings to the young yogis at home, online, in videos and in audios.
Parents are more than welcome to join in too if they wish – a lovely opportunity to practise yoga as a family and to do something more fun together than home schooling!
