This course is spread out over four weekends. You will study theory and breathing techniques for nine hours per weekend. It is advisable to take part in all three weekends to understand the whole program and to experience the logical continuity of the whole course.
Teachers will be able to use the course towards Continuing Professional Development.
Participants will gain a well-rounded and detailed knowledge and understanding of pranayama and breathwork both in theory and practice through a clear step-by-step approach. The course is an intensive and condenses what is usually learned over three to five years into just three weekends and is a great first step towards developing a deeper understanding of pranayama.

This Yoga Alliance UK accredited 50-hour CPD course is spread out over four weekends. The training starts with the traditional aspects of yoga Nidra within the yogic tradition but will also offer non-dogmatic and creative training using additional alternatives techniques from different non-yogic systems alongside Laurent’s own guided relaxations, breathwork, pranayama and meditation techniques.
With these different tools in hand, participants on the course will be equipped to offer practices with varying themes that can be used in a range of settings with students of different needs.

This teacher training is for people with a thirst for knowledge. Knowledge not just about the skills and techniques needed to become a good yoga, meditation and pranayama teacher but the kind of knowledge, and more importantly understanding, that will ignite a fire in your belly to explore more.
To apply for this course, you must be able to prove that you have a minimum of 3 years of regular yoga asana practice. We ask that your application is supported by two references, one from your main yoga teacher and one from a close friend.
