(1) changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; (2) to reflect changes to our course terms.

We request a booking deposit paid by bank transfer or credit/debit card. This deposit is stated in the booking confirmation email.

Students are considered confirmed once the deposit has been paid and written confirmation is sent to them. We reserve the right to accept or refuse bookings at our own discretion and are not obliged to state a reason for doing so.

All bookings are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

A booking deposit is required, and it is not refundable.

All course fees must be paid in full 30 days before the starting date by bank transfer. Not paying on time will result in a booking cancellation.

Courses booked within 30 days must be paid immediately. Payments done within this timeframe are not refundable.

Clients may substitute the original delegate with another person at no extra charge. Written notification is required to substitute a delegate.

We reserve the right, in any circumstance, to cancel your course with at least 45 days’ notice before the starting date.

Under these circumstances, we will refund 100% of the payments customers have paid to us (including the non-refundable deposit).

However, we cannot be liable for other costs you incurred, such as transportation and other pre-booked travel arrangements.

We take no responsibility if the cancellation or delay is due to a force majeure, including technical, natural or nuclear disasters, strikes, riots, civil disturbances, war, epidemics, closure of ports/airports, severe weather conditions, or any other similar events.

Any booking cancellation must be submitted in writing to info@yogalaurent.com as soon as possible. Refunds will be given in full, minus the deposit, up to 30 days before the start of the course. Upon the decision to leave the course, no refund is offered for missed sessions.

If the trainee misses training days (no show), we can offer to join the same session in the next available online course free of charge or with an extra fee of £50.00/day if the training is in-studio. It is also possible to have a catch-up private session with Laurent Roure at the fee of £45.00/hour.

We will make any valid refund according to these T&Cs within 30 days from the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation in writing. This will be done via bank transfer to the student’s personal bank account.
