How it works
This is not a course. There’s no curriculum or fixed structure.
Simple and flexible:
- Sessions take place online via Zoom.
- Available every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.

In-person Private Classes are only available in London. Please contact us to plan and schedule an in-person class at home.
FAQ
Do I need to book all the sessions now?
No. You only need to purchase the number of sessions you’d like. You can schedule them later—any time between 4 July and 19 September 2025.
Can I choose the time of day for my session?
Yes. Once you’ve purchased your sessions, we’ll contact you to arrange a time that suits you. Sessions are available on Tuesdays and Fridays.
How do I access the discounted rates?
The discounted rate is already included in the price of the ClassPass. All sessions must be purchased in one go. You don’t need to book the actual dates now—just decide how many sessions you’d like.
What happens after I book?
You’ll receive a confirmation email. Shortly after, we’ll be in touch to arrange your first session. If you’re booking multiple, we can schedule all at once or one by one—it’s up to you.
Do I need any prior experience?
Not at all. These sessions are open to everyone, including complete beginners. All that’s needed is your presence and openness.
