Laurent is a very experienced and knowledgable teacher. I enrolled onto the breath work and pranayama course with little experience and left feeling confident and motivated. He is very patient and open-minded to individual approaches, perceptions and experiences. The course is full of useful advice and tools to add onto my practices both with clients and on a personal level. Highly recommended.
Aga K

I am very grateful that you have shared this knowledge with me, and I wanted to say that your style of teaching was extremely accessible, authentic, and empowering and I absolutely loved the course. I already use a lot of the techniques in my class, and I feel more and more comfortable with it.

Because of this fluid approach to offering the benefits of breathing techniques, this versatile training is perfect for all wellness professionals.

  • Attend and commit to the three weekends and show a good understanding and comprehension of the practice and the teaching of pranayama and breathwork – 50 contact hours.
  • Self-practice – at the end of each module, you will be given small breathwork sequences to practice at home. This is an important part of the course allowing you to assimilate and further your understanding of the techniques previously learned.
  • Home practice – at the end of some modules, you will be asked to create and teach sequences as case studies to evaluate your understanding of the work.
  • You will be asked to work on and keep track of an especially designed Breathing techniques table.
  • The total hours for home assignments are 12 hours minimum.
  • All these hours apply whether you are looking to receive the Yoga Alliance Professional UK accreditation or not. The course is designed and written for both yoga teachers and any other trainees.

This online course is spread out over three weekends. You will study theory and breathing techniques for fifty hours. It is advisable to take part in all three weekends to understand the whole program and to experience the logical continuity of the whole course.

Distribution of the 60 hours:

  • Fifty hours of contact studies, lectures, and practice with Laurent.
  • Ten hours (minimum) of self-practice, study, reading, and assignments at home.

As mentioned above, it is recommended to attend all three weekends at once to assimilate the information better and maintain a solid track of learning and studies.

However, life can sometimes get in the way, and if you need to miss some days, Laurent can offer additional catch-up sessions for an extra fee, or you can revisit the missed hours during the next teacher training.
