Teacher Training Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all teacher training programmes offered by Terra Training Ltd, trading as Yogalaurent. By paying a deposit or making payment in full, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time in response to changes in relevant laws and regulations, or to reflect changes to our training offering. The current version will always be published at yogalaurent.com/training/terms.


3. Enrolment and Confirmation

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on a training programme. The deposit amount is stated on the training page and in your enrolment confirmation.

Your place is confirmed once the deposit has been received and written confirmation has been sent to you.

Terra Training Ltd reserves the right to accept or refuse enrolments at its discretion.


4. Payments

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of enrolment.

Payment methods: Payments can be made by bank transfer or by card via Stripe. The payment method will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Full payment: The full training fee must be paid no later than 60 days before the programme start date. Failure to pay in full by this date may result in cancellation of your place.

Payment plans: A payment plan may be available on selected programmes. Details are shown on the training page. All instalments must be paid on time. Failure to maintain payments may result in cancellation of your place without refund of amounts already paid.


5. Cancellation by the Student

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to contact@yogalaurent.com.

The deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

6. Cancellation by Terra Training Ltd

Terra Training Ltd reserves the right to cancel a programme with a minimum of 60 days notice. In this event, a full refund of all payments made will be issued, including the deposit.

Terra Training Ltd cannot be held liable for any additional costs incurred by students in connection with the programme, such as travel or accommodation.


7. Programme Changes

Terra Training Ltd reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the programme content, schedule, or teaching team where necessary. We will communicate any significant changes as early as possible.


8. Attendance

Full attendance is expected and required for certification. If you miss sessions, we cannot guarantee that certification requirements can be met. No refund will be given for missed sessions.


9. Certification

Certification is awarded on successful completion of all programme requirements, including attendance, assignments, and any assessed elements. Terra Training Ltd reserves the right to withhold certification where requirements have not been met.


10. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards teaching staff and fellow students at all times.

Terra Training Ltd reserves the right to remove any student from a programme if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate. No refund of course fees or other costs will be issued in such circumstances.


11. Recordings and Materials

Course materials provided are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission from Terra Training Ltd.

Sessions may be recorded for the benefit of students who are unable to attend live. Recordings are made available to enrolled students only and must not be shared externally.


12. Health and Wellbeing

You are responsible for ensuring that your physical and mental health is appropriate for participation in the programme. Please inform us before enrolling of any health conditions that may affect your participation.


13. Your Personal Data

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.


14. Governing Law

These terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising from these terms.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall continue to apply.
