We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance before booking, covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, baggage, and repatriation in the event of accident, serious illness, or death.
If you do not hold adequate travel insurance, Terra Training Ltd reserves the right to refuse your booking or ask you to leave the retreat, with no right to a refund.

You are responsible for ensuring that your physical condition is appropriate for the activities included in the retreat you are booking.

13. Complaints
If you wish to make a complaint during your retreat, please raise it with a member of staff at the time, giving us the opportunity to resolve it. We cannot accept liability for complaints that were not raised during the retreat itself.
