What Data We Collect

When you contact us: Name, email address, and any information you include in your message. If you book a discovery call via Calendly, your name, email address, and the details of your enquiry are collected and received by us.

When you sign up to our newsletter: Name and email address, managed via Mailchimp.

When you book a class: Class bookings are processed through Momence. Momence collects your name, email address, and payment details directly. We receive booking data and may store it in Google Sheets for administrative purposes.

When you book a retreat: Retreat bookings are processed through WeTravel. WeTravel collects your name, email address, phone number, and payment details. We receive booking data and may store and process it using Make.com and Google Sheets for retreat management and planning purposes.

When you enrol in teacher training: Payments are processed through Stripe, which collects your name, email address, billing address, phone number, and card details. We do not store your card details. We receive confirmation of payment and your contact details.

When you visit this website: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This involves the collection of anonymised usage data, including pages visited, time on site, and general location. We also use Google Search Console for SEO monitoring. These tools only activate after you have given your consent via our cookie banner.

How We Use Your Data
