My approach begins with listening — first to yourself, then to what’s possible.
There is no dogma, no pressure, and no expected outcome.
Each session is a space to slow down, breathe, and explore what feels safe and meaningful to you.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or simply out of balance. Perhaps you’re recovering from illness, burnout, or stress that’s hard to shake. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll work together gently.
My teaching is grounded in trauma-sensitive and inclusive therapeutic principles. I draw on breathwork, grounding, somatic movement, and mindfulness to help you reconnect with your body and become more aware of your strengths and needs.
I teach with softness, curiosity, and clarity, creating a space where people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities can feel supported, safe, and seen.

I draw from a range of embodied therapeutic and mindful practices to help you feel more grounded, connected, balanced, and resilient; physically, emotionally, and mentally.
You don’t need any prior experience to get started. Together, we’ll explore what feels right for you using:
- Breathwork and pranayama
- Scaravelli-inspired yoga
- Therapeutic Hatha yoga
- Somatic education and movement
- Yoga Nidra and guided rest
- Meditation and grounding techniques
These tools aren’t about performance. They’re about giving you space to feel, release, and reconnect with your wholeness.

If you’re ready to go deeper, I offer professional training in Breathwork and Pranayama.
These 60-hour and 100-hour programmes are here to help you guide others with clarity, confidence, and care — whether you’re working in yoga, wellbeing, education, or another supportive role.
While this is a professional-level training with certification, it’s also open to those who wish to deepen their personal practice with commitment and care.
We move gently and gradually, combining therapeutic principles, self-reflection, and science-informed tools in a structured, supportive environment.
