Meet your facilitator
I’m Laurent Roure, and I’ve witnessed how Breathwork can profoundly change lives—especially in challenging situations like stress and anxiety, insomnia, depression, trauma, and respiratory conditions. My approach combines practical and relevant tools with deep insights from real-life experience, equipping you with the skills to confidently support and guide others.
Throughout my 15+ year career, I’ve seen Breathwork help people heal, recover, and thrive, even in their most difficult moments. Now, I invite you to be part of that transformation, supporting your clients with confidence, kindness, and compassion.
Are you ready to make that impact?
- The first steps to mastering breathwork and pranayama that no teacher or practitioner should ever skip - these are non-negotiable.
- The one breathing technique that instantly reduces stress and anxiety. You’ll use it repeatedly, and your clients will thank you.
- A unique approach to managing sleep issues and burnout using restorative breathwork techniques. This could be a game-changer for your clients.
- The truth about why most breathwork facilitators struggle in teaching confidently and how to fix it with just a few tweaks to your practice.
- What can you learn from ancient pranayama methods, and how can you adapt them to modern life for maximum impact?
Teaching Breathwork and Pranayama effectively requires the same foundational knowledge, whether you’re guiding an individual or addressing a large audience.
